(GM), adsdsf, How To Find Good People

Hi adsdsf,

People ask me all the time, "Andrew, how do you find
good people?"

I always reply, "Find people who love what they do."

I was looking for a painter to paint my house.
I made some phone calls. I asked around.

You know what I discovered?

Most painters don't like what they do for a
living. I can sense it from their voices. There's no
passion. It's just a job. It's just a way
for them to make a living.

Then I came across Lloyd. When I was "interviewing" him,
he gave me all kinds of painting tips.

He didn't try to sell me. He took the time to
understand my needs. He educated me. Most importantly,
he loves what he does!

Now, I have no idea how anyone could get excited about
painting...

But his enthusiasm was contagious. I I hired him on the
spot.

He is what I called - A Passionate Professional.

People who love what they do are highly motivated by
their desire and enthusiasm.

They will enjoy their job more, and will be motivated
to do more than others, and will consequently do it
better.

Next time, before you hire somebody, simply ask, "Do
you like what you do?"

By the way...do you like what you do?

To you success,

Andrew
